The cold touch Aisacan, when taken from the refrigerator, and bottle like feeling sets this reclosable Aisacan apart thanks to its rigid bottom and shoulder.

Key high acid markets such as Fruit Juice without pulp, Sports Drinks and Flavored water all with a pH below 4 can now be directly realized with the Aisacan production launch of 10-50K. Afterwards significantly larger production volumes can be realized o­n continuous terms. Both Aisapack and its co packing partner are capable of delivering millions of filled Aisacan’s per year effectively immediately.
 
This turn-key packaging system developed by Aisapack allows Brand Owners to turn out a totally new package without the normally associated high investment in capital equipment and parallel tedious extensive R&D validation. Thanks to Aisapack’s thousands of hours of proven product validation new product launch cycles can be greatly reduced. New products or brand extensions can be introduced in a manner of months (2-3) instead of year(s) normally required for a new product launch.

 
Aisapack’s German co packing partner has been in business since 1923 filling millions of bottles per year. With a small amount of modifications to its standard PET neck handling filling line the Aisacan can be co-packaged. The disassociation of the Aisacan with the filling line allows both for utilization of existing PET equipment and the Aisacan to be filled in the future o­n a wide array of PET neck handling lines including everything from current cold filling capabilities to Aseptic low and high acid sensitive products.
 
Environmental green packages are an important aspect of the Aisacan package. The Aisacan package with more than a 50% lower carbon footprint than a competing PET bottle with shrink sleeve is a compelling reason to switch to the Aisacan and can be understood by the Aisacans minimalistic material use, translating to less processing energy and transportation costs.
 
Veteran Belgian sports drink manufacturer WCUP has seen the benefits that the Aisacan is able to deliver. www.wcup.be WCUP decided to change over all production to this new packaging format after a short market trial of their 300ml isotonic drink tested in the Aisacan. This market test was performed in select sporting arenas such as football clubs, cycle shops, beverage retailers and fitness centers. At the end of the day it was the client’s decision which shows the strength of this new package.
