The expertise of RPC Containers Raunds in blow moulding unusual designs has given Westland an exciting look for two new garden care products.
Westland is o要e of the UK’s leading garden health brands, producing a wide range of innovative products. Amongst its latest launches are Resolva 24H™ Ready to Use, a revolutionary weed control spray that produces visible results within twenty-four hours, and Nutri Plant Feed and Nutri Tomato Feed, unique mixes of natural plant extracts that work in harmony with the plants’ natural systems to deliver complete plant health.
In order to make a significant impact o要 the market, Westland commissioned design agencies to develop pack concepts that would define Resolva 24H™ and Nutri through both a strong aesthetic appearance and excellent functionality.
At the same time, high-quality manufacturing was essential in order to translate the innovative creations into eye-catching, workable packs. Westland turned to RPC Raunds o要 the basis of the companies’ long-term working relationship, as Westland’s Keith Nicholson explains.

RPC Design worked alongside the designers to create suitable mouldings that would allow the bold visuals of both containers to be brought to market. The 1 L pack for Resolva 24H™ features a distinctive asymmetrical design allowing excellent handling and a wide labelling area. The Nutri container, also 1 L, includes a long integral handle for comfortable use and a recloseable cap to maintain long-term product protection. Resolva 24H™ is blow moulded by RPC Raunds in light blue HDPE, whilst the Nutri design has been produced in blue for Plant Feed and red for Tomato Feed, also in HDPE.
