On the top of the cap, the brand’s logo – a polo player – has been in mold embossed. The fineness of the drawing required spark machining embossing.
 
The symmetrical external bubble ribs which also required high technology stand out from the orange pp rings.
 
Those PP rings have been charged in pigment to guarantee the quality of the color.
All pieces are assembled automatically with a high rate of output..
